Our Return Policy

YOUR Satisfaction is our GOAL!

However, because we are a business we must deal with the inevitable prospect that someone, sometime, somewhere may not be satisfied.

Thus the need for policies!

Our Policy for digital products.

As YOU would probably agree, the nature of purchasing digital products on line that are downloaded direct to your computer deems the concept of a RETURN invalid.

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase and will be willing to remove the product from your computer the following  MAY apply.

  1. All digital credits must be approved by the Storemanager at ezdaze.com.

  2. There will be no full credit given on any digital product downloaded from the webstore.

  3. When a credit is given it will equal to the price paid less the cost of the transaction, (which may be as high as seven percent (7%) of the purchase price), any other return fees we may encounter, and may be less depending on the reason for the purchaser's dissatisfaction.

  4. A Store Credit will be good for any other digital product or products offered through our main site at ezdaze.com ONLY!

  5. This Store Credit will not include any of our affiliate sites or sites that do not contain the name ezdaze.com in the address. This can be verified by looking in your address bar at the top of your internet browser while you are on the page where you wish to purchase the item.

  6. A Store Credit will only be good for thirty days.

  7. Any persons requiring more than a total of three Store Credits AND/OR Returns in any twelve (12) month period will not be eligible for any more Store Credits or Returns!

 

Our Policy for non-digital products.

The nature of ordering products on line incurs certain expenses that are required for each and every transaction.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase the following  will apply.

  1. RETURNS for damage during shipping, mis-shipped items and items that you are not satisified with will be replaced at NO CHARGE TO THE CUSTOMER! Please see item 7 below!

  2. YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS OF YOUR RECEIVING YOUR ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR A RETURN! (Your date of receiving your product will be verified by the tracking number on your delivery and your date of contacting us will be the date of your email.)

    All Returns or Store Credits must be approved by the Storemanager at ezdaze.com. There will be no Returns OR Store Credits given on any non-digital product orderd from our webstores without PRIOR approval.

  3. When a Return is given it will be equal to the price paid less any shipping and handling or freight charges.
  4. A Store Credit on a non-digital purchase will be equal to the full price paid less the cost of the origianl transaction and the shipping and handling.

  5. A Store Credit will be good for any other digital product or non-digital products offered through our main site at ezdaze.com ONLY!This Store Credit will not include any of our affiliate sites or sites that do not contain the name ezdaze.com in the address. This can be verified by looking in your address bar at the top of your internet browser while you are on the page where you wish to purchase the item.

  6. A Store Credit will only be good for thirty days.

  7. Any persons requiring more than a total of three Store Credits AND/OR Returns in any twelve (12) month period will not be eligible for any more Store Credits or Returns! This policy may be waived by the Storemanager in exceptional cases, which may or may not include damage in shipping or mis-shipped products.

How do I handle a return?

Should you not be completely satisfied with your order please refer to the following guidelines:

  1. YOU MUST CONTACT US WITH SEVEN (7) DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND!

  2. RETURNS for damage during shipping and mis-shipped items will be replaced at NO CHARGE TO THE CUSTOMER! Should you receive your order in damaged condition you will receive a FULL REFUND less shipping and handling upon the return of your products. Instructions will be provided by the Storemanager at ezdaze.com to return the items and receive the refund.

  3. ALL RETURNS AND STORE CREDITS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE STOREMANAGER at ezdaze.com.
  4. Should you not be completely satisfied with your order because it did not meet your expectations you may receive a REFUND or STORE CREDIT less the shipping and handling. Instructions will be provided by the Storemanager at ezdaze.com to return the items and receive the REFUND or STORE CREDIT.
  5. A REFUND will be in the form of a voucher or check.
  6. A STORE CREDIT will be in the form of a voucher and the voucher will not be good towards the shipping and handling costs on any future orders.

How long will my order take?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours. Some may take as long as a week to process and may take up to four weeks to arrive at your residence.

You will receive an email notifying you of the shipment of your order and the UPS tracking number, after your order has been shipped.

An average shipping time is between twelve days and three weeks.
